WuqiaCounty Xinshen Cement Co., Ltd. 2 × 2500t / d cement production line project (with pure low temperature waste heat power generation) is proposed to build in an unused land 8km west from the Wuqia County, covering 33.75hm2, is a new construction project. Construct two lines of 2500t/d cement clinker production line, with a set of pure low temperature waste heat power generation system. Use the limestone, shale, coal gangue, iron ore as raw material, adopts φ4 × 60m rotary kiln to burn the clinker. a double series of low pressure loss five-grade cyclone preheater and TTF calciner at the kiln inlet, with an annual output of cement clinker 1.55 million t, cement 1.88 million t.
